Studio Manager Accounts

Studio booking requests are delivered through the venue manager's O F Collab Map account instead of exposing a public booking email. Managers must sign in to view and respond.

Public Listing Information

Approved studio listings may display venue name, city, state, venue type, venue description, fees, approved venue photos, amenities, rules, and approved in-house collaborators.

Booking Requests

Booking request details are shared with the venue manager and O F Collab Map administrators for review, coordination, policy enforcement, and managed-booking support where applicable.

For premium managed bookings, venue managers may provide a private booking-notice email and phone number. Those private notice details are used to alert the manager about booking requests and creator details and are not displayed publicly on the map or studio listing.

AI Model Protections And Persona Data

AI Studio and AI Modeling Agency applications may collect profile information, uploaded images, reference images, videos, consent records, payment details, platform handles, model-release status, and AI persona/content direction. This information is used to review eligibility, verify 18+ participation, create approved AI persona assets, route dashboard notices, manage payouts, and protect against impersonation or non-consensual likeness use.

Participants should only upload images and materials they own or have permission to use. The platform may reject, pause, watermark, limit, or remove AI persona materials when consent, identity, safety, or rights concerns are raised.

When AI persona content is created, the related content records may appear in the participant dashboard and may be retained for audit, payout, rights-management, safety, legal, tax, and dispute purposes even if a public profile is removed from the map or an account deletion request is submitted.
