Terms of Service

By using OFCollabMap, you agree to these platform terms. This platform is a networking and discovery tool for independent creators and is provided on an as-is, as-available basis.

OFCollabMap does not screen, investigate, background check, verify, endorse, supervise, or guarantee any user, profile, statement, link, or representation made on the platform. Users may provide incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or false information.

Any online contact, collaboration, payment arrangement, travel, meetup, content shoot, business relationship, or other interaction between users is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. OFCollabMap is not responsible for injuries, disputes, fraud, theft, harassment, nonpayment, content misuse, or any loss or damage arising from user interactions on or off the platform.

Users are not required to enter their exact city or state. A nearby city, general city, or close regional location may be used. The map is intended for approximate networking visibility and is not a tool for exact real-time location tracking.

By submitting a profile, image, link, bio, city, state, or other account information, you grant OFCollabMap a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to host, store, format, display, and use that information for platform operations, discovery, promotion, moderation, analytics, and feature development. You may delete your profile, but you acknowledge that some information may remain in backups, logs, caches, admin records, or prior system copies for a period of time.

• You must use the platform lawfully.
• You may not impersonate another person or business.
• You may not use the platform to harass, exploit, threaten, or mislead others.
• You are responsible for verifying anyone you choose to contact or meet.

OFCollabMap may approve, deny, limit, suspend, hide, or remove any profile, image, feature, or account at its discretion. Approval for map visibility is separate from account creation.

Creator Store listings are limited to underwear and socks, are free to submit, and require admin review before public display. Sellers are responsible for lawful item descriptions, accurate photos, shipping fulfillment, and ensuring every person shown in listing photos is 18 or older and has consented to the listing. Videos are not uploaded, hosted, embedded, scraped, or iframed by OFCollabMap; approved external links open on third-party platforms.

• Local pickup, meetups, escorting, and in-person sexual services are prohibited.
• Illegal, hazardous, biohazard, nonmailable, or unsafe materials are prohibited.
• Intimate items are final sale unless the seller, payment provider, or applicable law requires otherwise.
• The platform commission model is based on item subtotal only and does not charge commission on shipping or tax.
• Payment processing may require a separate adult-friendly provider before live checkout is enabled.

OFCollabMap may display sponsored placements, partner offers, and affiliate links. If you click an affiliate or sponsor link, OFCollabMap may receive referral credit, commission, or other support from the partner. Affiliate support helps keep the platform free for creators. Clicking a link does not require you to purchase, subscribe, register, or spend money. Third-party sponsor sites are responsible for their own products, services, terms, privacy policies, billing, age checks, and customer support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFCollabMap and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, financial, or personal damages arising from platform use or user interactions.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the current version.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains the basic types of information the platform may collect, store, display, and use in connection with OFCollabMap.

• Account information such as email, display name, and sign-in provider details.
• Profile information such as bio, creator type, collaboration interests, links, profile photo, city, and state.
• Approximate map data, including user-provided city/state and coordinates used for profile placement on the map.
• Basic usage records and platform activity logs for operations, security, and analytics.

• To operate the map, profiles, dashboard, events, and related features.
• To display public-facing profile information to other users or visitors where applicable.
• To review submissions, moderate content, manage approvals, and improve services.
• To maintain logs, troubleshoot issues, and analyze platform usage trends.

Users are not required to provide their exact city or state. A nearby city or general location may be used instead. Public map placement is intended to reflect approximate networking areas rather than precise real-world location.

Public profile fields may be visible through the platform. OFCollabMap may also use service providers involved in hosting, storage, analytics, security, and related operations. Information may be disclosed if required by law, legal process, safety concerns, or platform protection needs.

You may edit or delete your profile, but some information may remain in backups, logs, cached systems, admin records, or archived operational copies for a period of time.

User profiles may contain links to third-party platforms such as X and adult content sites. OFCollabMap is not responsible for the privacy, content, conduct, or security practices of third-party services.

Store listings may include seller display name, approximate city/state, listing photos, item details, external content link domain, moderation status, reports, order request records, payment details, and shipping or fulfillment status. Exact addresses should not be displayed publicly. Buyer and seller order information is used for store operations, moderation, fraud prevention, payment-provider integration, and fulfillment support.

Reasonable efforts may be used to protect information, but no website, database, or transmission method is completely secure. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
