Studio Listings
Studio managers are responsible for accurate venue descriptions, city and state, venue fees, rules, safety expectations, and whether adult-content filming is allowed at the venue.
Free studio listings manage their own bookings inside their O F Collab Map account. Public booking emails are not displayed on studio listings.
Premium Managed Bookings
Premium studios may use platform-managed booking support. When O F Collab Map manages a studio booking, the platform retains 20% of the venue fee and 20% of posted collaborator fees tied to that managed booking. Venue-controlled pricing is used to calculate the platform retention.
Premium studio managers must provide a private booking-notice email and phone number so booking details, including which creators were requested or booked, can be routed to the venue manager. These private notice details are used for booking coordination and are not intended as public listing contact information.
Collaborators
Studio collaborators must be O F Collab Map members. A studio manager may invite member profiles, but the member must approve before appearing as an in-house collaborator for that venue.
Content And Conduct
Venues and members must follow applicable laws, consent requirements, platform policies, and local rules. O F Collab Map may remove or pause listings, bookings, or profiles at platform discretion.
Venue Responsibility
O F Collab Map is not responsible for venue safety, security, cleanliness, access control, legality of venue operations, inaccurate or misleading venue descriptions, unavailable amenities, cancelled access, pricing disputes created by the venue, or conduct by venue owners, managers, staff, guests, collaborators, creators, or third parties.
Venue managers are responsible for confirming that their space can legally and safely support the activities they advertise. Creators and collaborators are responsible for independently evaluating whether a venue, collaborator, or booking is appropriate for them.
Collaborator Responsibility
O F Collab Map does not guarantee collaborator identity, reliability, safety, performance, availability, content quality, pricing, consent compliance, or off-platform behavior. Any collaborator dispute, no-show, boundary issue, payment dispute, or production issue remains between the involved parties unless O F Collab Map separately agrees in writing to provide managed support.
Mandatory Arbitration
To the fullest extent allowed by law, disputes involving O F Collab Map, platform listings, platform booking tools, premium managed-booking support, studio listings, or collaborator tools must be resolved through binding individual arbitration instead of court, except for claims that legally cannot be arbitrated or qualifying small-claims matters. Class actions, collective actions, and representative actions are waived to the fullest extent allowed by law.
This arbitration provision applies only to disputes involving the platform. It does not make O F Collab Map responsible for venue safety, venue descriptions, collaborator conduct, or private arrangements made outside the platform.
AI Model Agency, Uploaded Images, And Persona Rights
Participation in the O F Collab AI Modeling Agency, AI Studio, The Vault, or any AI persona/content program is voluntary, 18+ only, and subject to identity verification, member review, written release terms, platform approval, and ongoing compliance.
By uploading images, reference sheets, videos, prompts, brand materials, or other model materials for AI Studio or AI persona services, you agree that those uploads and related AI persona assets may be used by OFCollabMap.com and O F Collab Network to create, advertise, distribute, sell, sublicense, and monetize approved AI personas, AI adult content, consumer-product promotions, and related platform materials. To the fullest extent allowed by law, all images and materials uploaded to the platform become property of OFCollabMap.com and O F Collab Network. Where a full ownership transfer is not legally permitted, you grant an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license for those uses.
Approved AI personas may be listed for paid AI content requests. If a persona is selected for a paid AI content request, the platform may post the generated content to the participant dashboard and apply the commission percentage shown in the active program terms, currently 20% for paid AI Persona service requests unless a different written agreement applies. Payouts may be posted to PayPal or Cash App on the 1st and 15th of each month until daily payouts become available, subject to processor availability, fraud review, chargebacks, taxes, minimum thresholds, and compliance holds. AI Studio content bookings may start at $250 for a 3-minute AI adult content video; unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, purchasers may distribute and monetize the delivered final video without an ongoing obligation to O F Collab Network.
A profile may be removed from the public map at platform discretion or by approved request, but full account deletion, transaction history deletion, message deletion, AI persona record deletion, and audit-log deletion remain at the discretion of the platform where records are needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute review, rights management, or platform enforcement.
